Birfday
Ezra doesn't turn three until Memorial Day weekend, but we had his friend-party this weekend. It was at Gymboree and praise Jesus all we had to do was show up with pants on. I did nothing other than invite people and hope they RSVPed. And then we left our house at 2:30pm on Saturday and showed up at 2:45pm. There was hardcore partying and running around and Ezra was a complete sweatball. Gamey Town, folks. We left at 4:45pm and were home to eat nonsense I'd thrown in the crockpot by 5:00pm.
It was the thing of dreams, really. So easy. All of the kids seemed to have such an amazing time and I left feeling happy that Ezra is friends/classmates with children who have parents that aren't douches. They're all so pleasant and kind and fun to be around.
As easy as the planning was, the day still completely cleaned my clock. I was a mouthbreather by 8:00pm and totally in bed.
Overall, though, a good times.

Um, that sounds like my kind of party! Looks like everyone had a blast.
And, can I get one of those trampolines for home? I think every toddler should come with one of those so when they have too much energy, you can just put them on it to bounce it off.
So fun! Happy Birthday Party Day, E!
Also, your son? Is tall. Yes? Or am I just so used to Mr. Shrimpy over here that ALL other toddlers look tall?
What is it about running pictures of 3-year-olds that make them look SO big?
Also, I love that so many of your pictures of T with the kids has him on his back on the floor, rough-housing with them. Dads like that are the best.
That is what I call a birthday WIN!
Happy kids!!!
So fun! My little man turned 10 today! I wish he would be happy with a Gymboree party but I doubt it.
Yay, love it! The best thing about those parties is that all your pictures turn out a little blurry. 'Cause that's just kindof how the day was! I am so glad it was a good day.
Ezra looks enormously tall and all growns up!! What happened???! Am I the only one who wants everyone to be babies forever?
